These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilevo ("jilevo," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilevo.org. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jilevo platform — including its games, promotions, payment services, and customer support — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jilevo platform and close your account. Continued use of jilevo following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the jilevo platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online casino gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines or your applicable jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing jilevo from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jilevo or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from jilevo or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including those maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

To access jilevo's full range of games and services, you must create a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active jilevo account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. jilevo uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. jilevo is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

jilevo is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time jilevo deems necessary.

Your jilevo account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jilevo login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following security obligations apply:

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your jilevo account and must not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must log out of your jilevo account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• You must notify jilevo's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• jilevo will never request your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

jilevo will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials, except where such access is attributable to jilevo's own negligence or security failure.

jilevo supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jilevo does not charge transaction fees on e-wallet deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment channel used. jilevo reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time in accordance with regulatory requirements or risk management policies.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals follow the processing schedules of the respective banks and may take one (1) to three (3) business days. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. jilevo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. jilevo may require additional verification if a withdrawal is requested to a different payment method. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jilevo reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting jilevo support.

jilevo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

All bonus funds and free spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and time limit will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time limit will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. jilevo reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — constitutes bonus abuse. jilevo reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

jilevo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, except where jilevo determines that a promotion was offered in error or was subject to abuse.

All games available on the jilevo platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, mines, jackpot games, and all other titles — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

All non-live games on jilevo use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed on each game's information panel.

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jilevo reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. jilevo's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the refund of the original wager will be provided in connection with a game malfunction.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. jilevo reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum will be reduced to the maximum permitted amount, and any excess funds will be returned to the player's account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilevo platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC verification, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using jilevo to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer formats.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with jilevo games or services in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider. jilevo will pursue recovery of funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks through all available legal means.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access to jilevo by any person under 21.

jilevo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jilevo account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from jilevo. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

jilevo enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will not knowingly permit minors to access its platform. If you believe a minor has accessed jilevo using your account, contact support immediately.

All content on the jilevo platform — including but not limited to the jilevo brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilevo or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilevo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jilevo content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jilevo content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jilevo software or game code.
• Use jilevo's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.

Any unauthorized use of jilevo's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilevo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilevo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilevo shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the jilevo platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond jilevo's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or government actions).
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Losses arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilevo's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

jilevo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account closure for cause, jilevo reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause by jilevo, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your jilevo account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. jilevo operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent jilevo from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

jilevo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilevo will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the jilevo platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the jilevo platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the jilevo platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

jilevo aims to acknowledge all complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through jilevo's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority in your jurisdiction.
